About the Job
Service Technician/Mechanic
- Perform duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy. This may include but is not limited to the repair of vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Test a vehicle’s components, and systems using necessary test drives, diagnostic tools, and special service equipment.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding the vehicle’s status and any additional needs. If additional repairs are needed, provide an estimate of the time needed for those repairs.
- Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed or needed.
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area following prescribed safety regulations.
Requirements
- Strong automotive background
- Strong skills in teamwork and communication
- Valid driver’s license free from major infractions
- Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
- Prompt and courteous

Automotive technician experience High school graduate or equivalent Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence Organized, efficient and friendly
