Job Title: Power Systems Engineer – Power Systems Innovation

Our client’s Innovation team is developing advanced energy solutions to enhance operations, improve efficiency, and enable new business opportunities. We are seeking an experienced Power System Engineer to lead innovation in power systems, focusing on energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, and Virtual Power Plant (VPP) applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative powering solutions for hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) network and consumer premise equipment (CPE).
• Develop and execute projects in renewable energy, demand response, and power efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to validate concepts and deliver solutions.
• Create technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in power systems engineering and technology management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Power systems analysis, renewable energy, and VPP solutions.
• HFC network architecture and automation (SNMP).
• Proficiency in visualization tools (PowerPoint, Visio).
• Scripting and software development experience.
