Job Description
As our Power Equipment CSR, you will play a critical role in supporting Landscapers Supply’s ability to serve our customers with the smile and expertise they expect from our stores.
As a Power Equipment Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Landscapers Supply, you are the friendly face and knowledgeable voice our customers rely on. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming experience, providing expert guidance, and ensuring each customer leaves with the solutions they need for their home or professional projects.
With your positive attitude and dedication to exceptional service, you’ll help maintain our reputation as the go-to resource for homeowners and professionals alike. Whether assisting customers in-store, answering questions, or offering product recommendations, you’ll be at the heart of making every visit to Landscapers Supply a success.
Responsibilities
- Greet and listen to customers
- Identify needed products and provide professional solutions
- Check out customers at the cash register
- Contact customers for pickup orders
- Stock, organize and clean the Power Equipment department
- Complete inventory counts, in-between serving customers
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of tools and Power Equipment
- Ability to have positive and friendly interactions with customers
- Ability to be organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to have clear communication with colleagues
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working at a power equipment dealer
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and handle up to 70 lbs.
