Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics.
- Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to perform complex calculations and data modeling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and cleaning data from various sources.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
- Work closely with the operations teamto support their data needs.
- Respond to questions and provide supportthroughout the company as needed.
- Report directly to the CFOand supportsix locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
- Experience with SQL and data extraction tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
- Open to recent graduateswho can demonstrate solid examples of hands-on projects completed during their studies.
- Company willing to teach financial analysis responsibilities.
- Candidate needs to bevery strong technicallyand excited to become a Power BI superuser, helping other departments with the technology.
- Plus if the candidate is good at and enjoys market research.
