Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics.
• Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to perform complex calculations and data modeling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and cleaning data from various sources.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
• Work closely with the operations teamto support their data needs.
• Respond to questions and provide supportthroughout the company as needed.
• Report directly to the CFOand supportsix locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with SQL and data extraction tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
• Open to recent graduateswho can demonstrate solid examples of hands-on projects completed during their studies.
• Company willing to teach financial analysis responsibilities.
• Candidate needs to bevery strong technicallyand excited to become a Power BI superuser, helping other departments with the technology.
• Plus if the candidate is good at and enjoys market research.
