Lingo Staffing is Hiring for Powder Coaters in Hartville, OH First Shift: 8am to 4pm,                                Pay: $14.50Third Shift: 12am to 8am                             Pay: $15.003rd shift ONLY: gift card for perfect attendance for the 1st week @ 40 hrs of $40,additional $120 for the 2nd week @ 80 hrs total Days: Monday to Friday Come work for the leading manufacturer of injection molded parts for the fence, deck, and railing industries. You will be expected to perform at a standard necessary to insure the production of quality parts in a timely manner. Work to maintain a clean and safe workplace. Job Responsibilities:

1. Production, inspection, packaging, and Powder coating machine operation
2. Set up powder coating machinery and ensure materials are available
3. Effectively monitor production equipment
4. Keep accurate inventory of all products
5. Good Attendance

Requirements:

1. Troubleshoot and/or fix problems during the production cycle
2. Experience with hand and power tools
3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
4. Ability to lift, crouch, bend, lift, climb, crawl, stretch and any other duties required to perform the position
