Position Summary | TheDepartment of Psychology at the University of New Mexico, Cognitive &Affective Neuroscience of Psychopathology(CANoPy;https://www.hogeveen-lab.com/) laboratory (PI: Jeremy Hogeveen, PhD)invites applications for a position as a Postdoctoral Fellow. The is afull-time position funded for an initial term of 2-years, with the potentialfor renewal pending annual review. Theappointment will begin June 1, 2024. Qualifications | Minimum and Preferred Criteria Minimum Ph.D. or MD degree, with training in neuroscience, psychology, biology, computer science, or cognitive science. by date of application Preferred Primary specialization in Computational Cognitive Neuroscience Established track record of publishing original research in cognitive neuroscience or closely related field Proficiency in computer programming (e.g. Python, R, shell, and/or MATLAB) Proficiency conducting studies that use MRI, MEG, TMS, and/or computational modeling A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities |
