Salary/Hourly Rate:
$50k – $70k (Commensurate with experience)
Position Overview:
As a Portfolio Manager – Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), you will oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, including condominium associations and HOA properties. Your role will be vital in ensuring these communities run smoothly by enforcing regulations, managing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with board members. Responsibilities of the Portfolio Manager – Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM):
- Review, update, and implement association/governing documents when needed.
- Prepare annual budgets and assist with financial forecasting to ensure funding needs are met.
- Ensure compliance with expense limits outlined in each association’s management agreement.
- Conduct regular property inspections to monitor common area maintenance and compliance.
- Lead and organize board meetings, membership gatherings, and association workshops.
- Guide associations through insurance requirements and ensure policies are in place.
- Provide outstanding communication and support to board members, owners, residents, developers, and legal teams.
- Supervise HOA staff and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage association files and conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date on community matters.
Qualifications for the Portfolio Manager – Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM):
- Active Florida LCAM license (or in the process of obtaining one).
- 2+ years of relevant experience in community management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and upholding professional standards.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
