Pay range: $20/hr Tues-Fri and $22/hr on Saturdays

As a Porter your average day will Include:
- Clean around dumpsters and recycle areas daily
- Break down large items to fit into dumpster
- Swap out bins as needed
- Keep garbage areas clean and orderly, sanitize weekly, and report any problems to your Supervisor.
- Check garbage areas daily
- To be trained by on-site Maintenance Tech to take, read and record pool test results twice a day: once at the beginning of the work shift and once at the end of the work shift. Also to be trained and to assist in basic pool upkeep. I.e. clean and sweep decks, and furniture; wash downs; pool sweep and any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
- Maintain railings on all buildings, clean and wipe down to maintain a dirt and moss free appearance.
- Power washing the property as scheduled by the maintenance tech on site.
- Maintain all walkways in a sand/dirt free appearance; power washing and scrubbing as directed by supervisor.
- Pick-up from all buildings and decks (including dog waste)
- Pick-up trash from all parking lots
- Clean up leaves and branches from all common areas, parking lot, decks, sidewalks, walkways and garages
- Replace burnt out lights where accessible and remove spider webs from all fixtures, railings, and
- Clean lobbies and furniture, bathrooms, gym, clubhouse/office and elevators
