Porter / Janitor - OldCastle Building Envelope

This position isFULL-TIME, 8 HOURS PER DAY, MONDAY - FRIDAY, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The rate of pay is$20.00/hr. In addition, we offer a$800 hiring bonus and an excellent benefits package.

After acceptance of the job offer, pre-employment background screening and drug screening will be conducted on qualified applicants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, lunchrooms, and locker areas. This includes sweeping, washing, and vacuuming floors, cleaning lavatories, and cleaning kitchens and restaurants (including refrigerators and microwave ovens)
• Operate a forklift to empty hoppers into compactor and dumpsters
• Clean parking lot and empty interior and exterior trash receptacles
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, with occasional Saturday work ????
• Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.

Requirements

• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift,bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with the same climate conditions of the region (Heat, cold, humidity, etc.)
