We currently have an open Porter/Groundskeeper position at the following Management Support community:

Qualifications:
Read, write, speak and comprehend English
Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
Grounds care. Pick-up trash
Work under direction of maintenance foreman and apartment manager
Bilingual (any language) a plus
Understand company policies
