Porter / Greeter / Lot Attendant - Richmond Ford Lincoln

About the Job

Responsibilities

Direct and greet customers entering our service lane
Park and retrieve vehicles on site
Test Batteries with handheld tester and perform wheel alignment quick checks in the service drive
Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
Deliver and retrieve vehicles to/from our property locations or to/from local area vendors
Perform other duties as assigned
Re-deliver vehicles back to customers upon completion
You are the First and Last person our guests see. We need a people person for friendly greeting and professional re-delivery

Qualifications

Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
Able to perform moderate physical labor
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
