Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and energetic Porsche Internet Sales Manager to join our team. The Porsche Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales operations.
General Responsibilities:

Lead Management:
- Oversee inbound leads from the internet and sales calls.
- Follow up with customers via email, text, phone, and video to ensure timely communication and engagement.

Customer Service:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every customer speaks with a manager before leaving the dealership.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Assistance:
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, guiding them through the sales process, and successfully closing sales.

Online Transactions:
- Manage online transactions, including out-of-state sales.
- Ensure seamless communication and follow-up throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least two years and have a clean driving record.
