Corestaff is the official MSP resourcing partner for Porsche Cars North America for contractor positions operating and managing their nationwide contingent workforce program. This role is a Corestaff contract position with placement at Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta, GA.
Position overview
This contractor role reports to the Executive Office Operations Manager and Manager, Executive Office & Strategy of Porsche Cars North America Inc. on a broad range of tasks, corporate and dealer meetings/events and assists with daily responsibilities and projects related to the Executive Office suite.
Roles & responsibilities
- Provides administrative assistance support to the Executive Office, including, but not limited to travel planning and meeting agenda preparation.
- Represents the Executive Office suite in a professional and courteous manner while providing superior customer service to all.
- Support role for CEO, COO and CFO hosted meeting set-up, including all details – conference room preparation, virtual meeting set-up using MS Teams, invoicing, etc.
- Prepares RFAs, agendas and other documents to support the Executive office. Duties include travel management and preparing budget tracking summaries.
- Maintains responsibility for key project work in the Executive office including preparing presentations with time tables, key actions, follow-up and other items.
- Communicates frequently with outside vendors, Executives and Vice Presidents on a variety of tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
- Provides support on all Executive Office responsible meetings and events, for example, but not limited to: Premier Dealer Experience, All-Field Meetings, Board of Regents, CEO Board Meetings, Executive Office guest appointments, and others.
- Liaise with all PCNA departments on processing business tasks to support the department duties; for example, invoicing – Accounting; new contractors/new vendors and PO Processing with Procurement.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field
Experience:
Min. 3+ years of experience in successfully managing projects
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote
