Porsche Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Ensure teamwork, create and foster a positive working environment with happy people

• Communication is your number one responsibility

• Communicate professionally and clearly about inspection results, then present corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs

• Constant communication with dispatch, foreman, team leader and technicians is required

• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards above national average (CSI)

• Advise customers about necessary service for their general maintenance needs bold

• Help identify the customer’s primary concern and also present other maintenance needs when appropriate

• Prepare repair orders showing time, cost and labor estimates for service

• Accurately describe the customer’s concern to the technician

• Explain the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer

• Schedule service appointments and loaner/rental cars when appropriate, in order to provide a streamlined and seamless experience for the customer

• Ensure that loaner cars are returned in a timely fashion

• Encourage clients to prepay online

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with the customers to encourage repeat and referral business

• Perform federal, state, and manufacturer mandated recalls

• Complete all training required by the manufacturer or Rosenthal Automotive

Porsche Service Advisor Qualifications:

• 1+ year of service writing experience or sales experience preferred but not required

• High-line, luxury automotive experience preferred, not required

• A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards

• An enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person who has a personal determination to overcome possible objections while providing an outstanding customer experience

• Provide an outstanding a fellow employee experience

• Professional personal appearance

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills

• Confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize
