Pool and Water Quality Technician - 8 hrs/day (Maintenance/PC#251176)
Position Summary: Performs a variety of maintenance and logistics support over operation and maintenance of, one or more of the District’s swimming complexes, other pools, and associate District spectator and grounds areas.

Employee Type: Full-Time
Salary: $27.80 - $36.72 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience (new hire maximum of step 5).
Location: Maintenance & Repair Services
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Education and Experience: The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent plus specialized training in pool maintenance and 3 years increasingly responsible experience in swimming pool maintenance, operations, scheduling, and training, and leadership over others.
Licenses and Certifications: Requires a valid driver’s license. Requires valid Red Cross First Aid and CPR certificates.
