Pool Server - Think Hospitality

Overall Scope and Responsibility:

In this position, you will be responsible for clearly explain the menu to guests, take their food order, place it electronically, then deliver the food and maintain the table until the guest departs. Must be able to handle all types of weather conditions.

Essential Duties:

• Greeting customers
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Processing payment
• Setting tables
• Clearing tables
• Suggesting menu options and wine pairings
• Ensure each guest is satisfied with their food

Job Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to carry 20 lbs.
• Fluency in job-related English both verbal and non-verbal.
• Minimum one-year experience as an administrative professional.
• Commitment to superior customer service and excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility and creative problem-solving ability.
• Strong initiative and self-motivation.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
