Pool Sales Representative
Salesperson Job Purpose: The purpose of the sales team is to act as a liaison to
the customer in their pool buying process. Salespeople are to represent the core
values of Premier and fulfil their responsibilities to both their customers and their
company. Basic responsibilities include; setting appointments, meeting with potential
customers, conceptualize, price, and present the design/bid for each customer and
successfully close the sale. Salespeople are responsible for generating profitable bids
on Pandadoc and present signed bids for management to create contracts.
Salesperson Duties:
• Salesperson must keep up to date records on Build: Tasks must be
scheduled and completed. Accurate notes should be made.
• Conduct “Design Consultation” where the salesperson meets with customers and
explains features and merits of pool ownership. (see sales manual)
• After assessing customer needs and expectations, designs and recommends a
backyard pool utilizing Pool Studio software or professional hand drawing
• Conducts immediate and scheduled follow up appointments.
• Conduct “Design Presentation” where salesperson presents Company, provides
differentiation, and explains process of building pool to customers by using the
presentation. Present Pandadoc Proposals in person to sell project to best serve
the client. If client requries more time salesperson is authorized to send client link
to Pandadoc Proposal.
• Designer must gain commitment for swimming pool and related back yard
construction projects by completed signed Pandadoc.
• Provide a completed signed proposal to business manager for approval.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, home shows, and
telemarketing events when requested.
• Attend weekly construction and sales meetings.
• Must participate in all National Sales Events: Poolapalooza, Sizzling Summer,
Endless Summer and Black Friday event. These weekends are the best chance
to sell over any time of year.
• Be present at Day of Dig and if possible Shell Delivery to walk customers and
construction managers through job phases.
• Make appointment to go over final concrete or decking layout prior to Deck
Form. Finalize contract addendum to be paid at final phase payment.
• Contact customers weekly to provide general updates as to the status of their job
with nonspecific timelines.
• No Verbal Agreements- we must have everything in writing on contract or written
contract addendum approved by management and signed by customer.
• Build referral relationships.
• Exceed customer expectations, by always under promising and over delivering
