Pool Lifeguard
Under supervision of assigned supervisory or management staff, performs a full range of lifeguard services during public sessions and swim instruction classes; protects life, prevents accidents, and enforces pool regulations; and performs related work as required.
Water Safety Instructor (WSI)
Under general supervision of assigned supervisory or management staff, provides swimming instruction for various levels of classes; performs lifeguarding duties for public swimming instruction; and performs related work as required.
Water Safety Instructor Aide (WSI Aide)
Under supervision of assigned supervisory or management staff, assists in providing swimming instruction for various levels of classes; performs lifeguarding duties for public swimming instruction; and performs related work as required.
