Our Pool Hosts are responsible for welcoming residents and guests while enforcing the rules of an outdoor pool in accordance with association policies and government regulations. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe environment for all.

Community Information:

Extremely family-friendly, this community features 20 different neighborhood parks. This equates to about one for every 100 families and includes basketball courts, picnic areas and shaded tot lots. The aquatic center features a 7,000 square-foot pool with a giant shade structure, splash pad and clubhouse with kitchen. Situated in an emerging part of town, the community is close to shopping, restaurants and a new charter elementary school. Ironwood Crossing is fully built out at 2,147 homes.

What you’ll accomplish:

• Ensuring safe operation of the pool facilities
• Performing light janitorial duties
• Extending top-notch service to residents and guests
• Providing community information and offering assistance as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Customer service experience
• Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Effective communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as needed
• CPR certification preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
