The Customer Service Associate provides customer service through interaction with residents while ensuring the pool and fitness facility remains clean and organized.
Essential Duties:
- Perform opening/closing procedures of the fitness facility and the pool.
- Ensure pool areas and locker rooms are tidy and organized.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pool including adjusting the chemicals.
- Track the number of residents and guests entering the pool area to comply with safety regulations.
- Ensure the fitness facility remains clean and organized; organize dumbbells, weight plates, and bars.
- Disinfect and clean equipment routinely throughout the shift.
- Inspect facility for required maintenance and create service requests as needed.
- Enforce rules and regulations of facility while being customer service driven.
- Knowledge of exercise equipment allowing for answering questions related to how to use equipment.
- Greet residents at the front desk one day per week and assist with concierge services including directing residents to the appropriate team member.
- Willing to assist with additional customer service situations such as packages, deliveries, resident move-ins, move outs, etc.
- Assist with coordination of resident events, if any.
- Perform follow up with residents as necessary.
Anticipated schedule will be as follows:
- Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm (Pool and Fitness Facilities)
- Saturday: 7:00am-3:30pm (Pool and Fitness Facilities)
- Sunday: 8:00am-4:30pm (Front Desk)
- High school education or equivalent
- Positive team attitude
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to current residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge or experience of pool maintenance including CPO Certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of exercise equipment and general fitness facility protocols preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs. for short distances
- Maintain professional appearance and wear designated uniforms/conform to dress code

- Expected pay rate of $18.00 – $21.00 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
