Job Description:
USPRO is seeking a POC Buyer to support the Procurement Operations Center, who will provide outstanding service to internal stakeholders by validating and satisfying operational procurement tasks efficiently and effectively. The POC Buyer will primarily be responsible for supporting the procurement team with administrative support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prioritizing and planning daily workflow which includes management, monitoring, and reporting of task progression through the completion.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders by being responsive and proactive to work task assignments.
- Supporting and processing supplier communications/declarations, non-disclosure agreements, request for quotes, rework purchase orders, and task request inbox management.
- Will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across all areas of the business and additionally support with the global vendor master management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 0-1+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some procurement/purchasing experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
