Job Description
+ Operational Support: Manage and oversee key administrative functions including financial management, resource allocation, and overall business operations.
+ Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and suggest strategies to optimize efficiency across departments.
+ Revenue Reporting: Prepare and analyze detailed revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to business needs.
+ Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting activities and forecast revenue and resource demands to align with business objectives.
+ Opportunity Pipeline and Bookings: Maintain and monitor the opportunity pipeline, tracking bookings and ensuring smooth flow from lead to delivery.
+ Cost Optimization: Develop and implement cost optimization models for projects, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in operations management with expertise in financial administration, people supply management, and operational processes.
+ Strong analytical skills, particularly in preparing and interpreting revenue reports.
+ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
+ Demonstrated ability to optimize project cost models and manage opportunity pipelines.
+ A proactive and self-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

Salary Transparency

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $67733 - $108811/yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note : No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
