Location: New Jersey
Hybrid – 3 days in the office

With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a talented and experienced PMO Manager / Project Controls Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our projects. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) and drive excellence in project delivery.
As the PMO Manager / Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring effective project controls for construction and facilities projects. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in project management methodologies, facilities construction industry best practices, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
PMO Leadership:
- Establish and lead the Project Management Office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project objectives.
- Develop and implement project management processes, standards, and tools to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Project Controls:
- Implement and manage robust project controls processes to monitor and track project progress, costs, and schedules.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular project reviews to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the project teams.
Resource Management:
- Allocate and optimize resources to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15+ years of business experience.
- Proven experience as a PMO Manager or Project Controls Manager in the construction or infrastructure focused industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
