Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of multi-functional teams and multiple tasks. Prior experience in both program management and team management.
Experience supporting and interfacing with senior executive stakeholders.
Experience working in a customer service role.
Demonstrated experience transitioning incumbent staff from one contract to the other.
Demonstrated experience managing KPI performance metrics
DUTIES:
Quadrant is seeking an experienced federal government Program Manager to manage and oversee personnel serving on various government contracts. Position entails organizing programs, developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, creating, and managing long term goals, and developing budgets and standard operating plans (SOPs). Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities in various locations. Implementing and managing changes to ensure project goals are achieved. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication and decisions easy and transparent regarding project issues. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle and analyzing program risks.
Responsibilities:
Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of financial, professional, and administrative professionals who have been involved in analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex systems
Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations
Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Serves as key coordinator among multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of management efforts.
Provides daily supervision and direction to personnel performing various tasks, including collection, coordination and distribution of contract deliverables
Ability to adapt, multi-task and prioritize work independently in a dynamic environment.
Proactively research and recommend courses of action to prevent problems and to maintain high level of client satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and concurrent time-sensitive reviews
Ability to establish and foster effective client and team relation ships
Analyze and predict trends and develop long range plans designed to maintain cost effectiveness and ensure timely submittal of contract deliverables
Be the primary interface with the CO, COR, and Government Program Manager.
Leverage industry best practice of process/procedures to achieve optimum contract performance.
Prepares and enhances Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) across the service delivery model.
Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job descriptions against employee performance.
Provides contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer services standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining process improvements; and implementing change.
Demonstrated experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Direct experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of several types and complexity.
Creating, implementing, and managing long-term corporate goals.
Understanding and knowledgeable of project management methodology and techniques, performance evaluation and change management principles
Assign project managers and team members to projects.
Set and manage timelines, due dates, and program controls, governance, and standards
Manages tasks in a manner which mitigates risks and maintains continuity of services and support operations at the client site.
