Aloft Beachwood is currently seeking full-time PM Cooks in Beachwood, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Executive Chef to prepare meals, maintain accurate food inventories, rotate stock items as per procedures, and ensure that kitchen and food prep areas are cleaned and sanitized.

Our PM Cook will:

• Prepare/stock the kitchen
• Prepare orders
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen areas

The right candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a cook preferred
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Dependent on experience
