Pay

• $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually
• Performance-based Pay or Bonus amounting up to $20,000.00

Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform repairs without excessive warranty callbacks.
• Estimate the necessary time it will take to complete repairs accurately, providing upfront pricing.
• Offer customers multiple options for repairs and educate them on each option, allowing them to make informed decisions.
• Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance to uphold our professional standards.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean and well-stocked, ready to provide efficient service to our clients.

• 1-2 years of experience in Residential Service & Repair Plumbing is highly desired
• Sales and customer service focus required for effective communication and solution offering
• Punctuality is essential; candidates must reliably show up on time every day
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Candidates must be drug-free to maintain a safe work environment
