Our company is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will have the chance to showcase their skills in all aspects of plumbing, from piping and troubleshooting to the maintenance and repair of complex systems. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems, including water closets, booster pump systems, heating systems, fire sprinkler piping systems, storm drainage systems, and sanitation systems.
- Work on a wide range of projects, including commercial, industrial, and high-rise buildings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with boilers, hot water systems, and HVAC hydronic systems.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman level experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in commercial and industrial plumbing, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues with boilers, hot water systems, and HVAC hydronic systems.
- Experience working with booster pump systems, fire sprinkler piping systems, storm drainage systems, and sanitation systems.
- Familiarity with high-rise building plumbing is a plus.
- Journeymen certification in plumbing or a related field or ability to get it within 6 months.
