We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator to oversee plumbing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and team coordination while providing accurate estimates to ensure project profitability and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Prepare detailed estimates for plumbing projects, including labor, materials, and overhead.
- Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and suggest solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any onsite challenges.
- Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in plumbing project management and estimating, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) concepts.
- Proficient in estimating software such as Quickpen and other related tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
