Pay: $26-31/hr Depending On Experience
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Position Summary: Coordinate projects to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining and developing client relationships through quality service. Act as the liaison between Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and colleagues with a strong customer focus that is positive and enthusiastic, leveraging our brand. This position will also have the opportunity for earning Sales Commissions!
Primary Job Duties:
- Review contract documents, clarify the scope, and resolve discrepancies.
- Track progress of assigned jobs to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, installation schedule and to ensure completion of work within target deadlines.
- Draft and verify submittals
- Review and manage project documents
- Schedule dates for site walk throughs, installations and decommissioning.
- Collect payments from clients
- Verify approvals for client financing and schedule document signings.
- Identify and secure required permits, licenses, and procedures prior to commencement of work.
- Schedule permit inspections. Prepare submittals, close outs, and purchase orders
- Experience with bluebeam, procore & QuickBook is a plus
Required Qualifications:
- Must pass pre-employment background screens
- 2+ years in project coordination or administrative setting
- Excellent communication skills, friendly personality, and great client service skills
- Capable of making quick, thoughtful decisions and staying organized
- Ability to work in an environment with interruptions and interact with diverse situations and people
- A self-starter able to prioritize needs with confidence based on the deadlines and activities within their scope of work
- Advanced computer skills (proficiency with MS Word, Outlook & Excel)
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC or construction trade is a plus
