Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence: Oversee and lead a team of Plumbing technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous

  improvement

• Revenue Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Plumbing division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to

  identify

  new business opportunities and

  optimize

  existing customer relationships

• Operational Optimization: Collaborate with other departments to

  optimize

  operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Technical Expertise: Provide technical

  expertise

  and guidance to team members. Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the team delivers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential Plumbing management, with

Compensation : $85,000 - $125,000
