Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to re-pipe residential customers' homes.
• Collaborate with the Installation department to ensure timely and accurate plumbing installations in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
• Maintain a fully stock inventory for each job.
• Document work performed by following company procedure.
• Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge.
• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.

Qualifications:

• At least Two (2) years of Residential Plumbing installation experience and knowledge
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory record.
• Integrity Home Solutions may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
• Demonstrate physical dexterity to perform plumbing tasks effectively.
