ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time role with consistent hours in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment. Your schedule will be structured to ensure our customers receive timely and efficient service.

As a Plumbing and HVAC Customer Service Rep, your day will begin by checking company emails and organizing schedules to ensure tasks are efficiently distributed. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, answering promptly and professionally using the approved company greeting. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering customer information, booking service appointments, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Throughout the day, you will stay on top of email communications, scheduling Club Membership appointments, and addressing any gaps in the schedule. If technicians experience delays, you will promptly notify customers and reschedule appointments as needed to ensure satisfaction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PLUMBING AND HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

You might be perfect for this position if you can also meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan
• Competence with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment

An associate's degree is preferred. Bilingual skills and familiarity with Slack or Hiver are a plus but not required. Plumbing, heating, or construction experience is also helpful but not required.
