We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Plumbing and Heating Technician to join our team. As a key member of the team, your primary responsibilities would include developing and leading the new plumbing division with the company.

Compensation: Top pay depending on experience and licensing

Plumbing Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage.
- Knowledge of local building plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing challenges accordingly.
- Communication and intrapersonal skills, including customer service.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with the intricacies of working with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and measurement conversion.
- Must possess Maine State Journeyman/ or Master plumbing license
- Must possess a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Heating Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years maintenance and repair on heating equipment
- Propane/Natural Gas Basic License for ME
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently when running jobs
