Plumbing General Manager - Gpac

Someone who is looking to grow and can manage a team of 10-20 service plumbers as well as the P&L.

Required:

• 7+ years of Residential/Light Commercial experience
• High School Diploma or greater
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Must have strong skillset in plumbing products, installation, and mechanical understanding
• Strong understanding of Plumbing functions
• Management experince
• Field Experience
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must 
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in contract negotiation
• Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
