Your Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Plumbing Estimating / Project Management Experience: A solid foundation in plumbing estimating and project management is essential.
- Master or Journeyman Plumber License a plus
- Diverse Project Portfolio: Experience with a variety of project types
- Estimation Expertise: Proficiency in estimating plumbing project costs, crafting cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, researching materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current industry trends to remain competitive.
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
- Code and Specification Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing codes and project specifications.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain well-organized records of completed estimates.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Project Assessment: Thoroughly analyze project requirements, collaborate with sales teams and Project Managers, and provide accurate estimates for plumbing projects, considering both time and cost.
- Project Diversity: Apply your expertise to commercial projects, showcasing your adaptability in plumbing estimating and project management.
- Precise Estimation: Create detailed project cost estimates, review project plans and specifications, research products and materials, interpret blueprints, evaluate bids, and develop compelling proposals.
- Complex Project Management: Manage projects of varying complexities with precision and attention to detail in your estimates.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and innovations to remain competitive in this ever-evolving field.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understand plumbing codes and specifications that may impact each project, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain well-organized records of all completed estimates in an accessible repository.
