Plumbing Designer - Selectek, Inc.

Selectek has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumbing Designer to join a team that will work on a mixture of commercial, retail, and multifamily homes.
  
This candidate will need to take a job from the kickoff meeting through the completion of construction. This person would need to be able to communicate with the entire design team (both inside and outside the office) about all aspects of the plumbing design for coordination.  They should also be capable of attending meetings, responding to RFI’s, reviewing submittals, and able to go to a site and evaluate existing conditions.
Work closely with the Project Engineers/Managers and Clients to take a project from start to finish and produce all the plumbing drawings and fire protection layouts. 

Requirements:
 

• 10+ Years Recent Plumbing Design Experience
• Revit
• Work closely with the Project Engineers/Managers and Clients to take a project from start to finish and produce all the plumbing drawings and fire protection layouts. 

Preferred:
 

• Engineering Degree
• Familiarity with Fire Protection Systems

Pay Rate: $75,000-$85,000 annually
Term: Direct Hire
