Plumber - Canyon Ranch

As a Plumber you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing systems for Canyon Ranch Tucson. Installs, maintains, and repairs residential & commercial plumbing; to include supply, waste, & vent systems; steam & hot water systems (including all fixtures), pool systems, irrigation systems, compressed air lines, and any other plumbing related systems identified by supervisor. Perform a variety of Preventive Maintenance tasks on all plumbing systems. Keeps detailed record of daily tasks and materials used, insuring that proper level of supplies are kept. Reports and documents any observed safety hazards, unsafe conditions or practices & procedures to management.

General Plumbing: 70%- Installs, maintains, and repairs residential & commercial plumbing; to include supply, waste and vent systems; steam and hot water systems (including all fixtures), pool systems, irrigation systems, compressed air lines, and any other plumbing related systems identified by supervisor.

Preventative Maintenance: 20%- Performs a variety of Preventive Maintenance tasks on all plumbing systems.

Administrative: 10%- Keeps detailed record of daily tasks and materials used, insuring that proper level of supplies are kept. Reports and documents any observed safety hazards, unsafe conditions or practices and procedures to management.

Schedule (Days & Hours worked): Sunday thru Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm

You will need a High School diploma, or equivalent.

Demonstrated proficiency working with Engineering maintenance systems. Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field)

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
