Position Responsibilities
As a Plumbing Technician, you will:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family properties.
• Work with various materials like copper, PVC, and PEX.
• Troubleshoot leaks, perform drain cleaning and address sewage backups.
• Read blueprints and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Install eco-friendly plumbing solutions (e.g., tankless water heaters).
• Keep accurate work records and complete related tasks.

Position Requirements

• Experience in multi-family maintenance or similar fields preferred.
• Journeyman or Master plumber certification is preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Must provide your tools and vehicle.
