Job Responsibilities
- The purpose of this job is to support the operations and enhancements of software solutions for improved efficiency and quality in the product lifecycle management (PLM) tools used by NA members.
Daily Tasks:
- Support and work with other PLM members, team, and IT as needed to ensure we are providing a unified user experience.
- Support testing and confirmation of Jira tickets related to AHEAD development and enhancements.
- Provide support to questions related to the AHEAD platform from NA users.
- Work with IT on documenting bugs and enhancements for future deployment. Track change points, test enhancements in QA and ITB environments.
- Collaborate with like teams in Japan GO operations on a regular basis to improve AHEAD development. Top 3 Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Catia V5 and V6, and PLM applications (example: ARAS / AHEAD).
- Ability to work closely and communicate with NA users to resolve issues related to AHEAD.
- Problem Solving and help desk type support capabilities.
