About the Job

We are seeking a Behavioral Interventionist to join our dynamic team, providing direct behavior therapy services to individuals with autism as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. This role offers the chance to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions for children with neurodevelopmental differences.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend orientation and complete BCAT training.

Implement behavior-analytic services in various settings.

Collaborate with BCBA to apply positive behavior strategies.

Document progress and assist with assessments.

Support families in creating conducive environments for treatment.

Qualifications:

Experience with children, preferably those with autism.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience considered.

Registered Behavior Technician or willingness to obtain BCAT credential.

Valid California Driver's license and reliable transportation.
