This position is a "put your money where your mouth is" one. If you are confident in you're ability to lead a shift by example to take care of the customers and increase productivity/sales... THIS is the job you want to be applying for.
Responsibilities include:
- Opening & closing our store.
- Balancing overages/underage's.
- Keeping a team of 6-8 on task and preforming to hit our daily goals.
- Being able to lift 30lb bins. (we move some product in this store! haha)
- Keeping a calm and positive vibe under pressure.
- Having sometimes difficult but beneficial conversations with team members to coach them to greatness!
- Taking exceptional care of our customers.
- Providing creative ideas and solutions to help improve our store.
- SMILE. Often. You are a LEADER here. (a lot of very special people will be looking to you for guidance)
This position is for our store LEADERS and MENTORS. The one's who like to be an example that others are expected to follow.

This position starts at $15/hour and puts you on our companies performance based profit sharing plan.
