Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and product teams to define and prioritize feature requests based on user feedback, impact, technical feasibility, and an understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) user needs.
- Develop and manage systems for collecting, organizing, and analyzing user feedback. Identify patterns and trends to uncover pain points and advocate for user needs in product decisions.
- Track and analyze key metrics related to CMS usage, user satisfaction, and feature adoption. Generate insights to inform product decisions and measure the impact of new features.
- Facilitate collaborative discussions to negotiate roadmap timelines and priorities, ensuring smooth communication, tracking, and alignment between business and product teams.
- Design and implement processes for ensuring timely, high quality execution of manual CMS operations by a vendor team, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
