The full life cycle administration, operations and maintenance of an enterprisedocument management platform.Job Summary:Under broad supervision, full life cycle administration, operations andmaintenance of an enterprise document management platform. Creates acollaborative partnership with all internal and external team members toaccomplish the deliverables within the timeframes.Qualifications:This position will be part of a team that manages the administration of anenterprise document management platform.This position will be responsible for completing customer requests/projects tomake adjustments or enhancements to the tool.This position will be responsible handling any operations and maintenancerelated to the assigned tool.This position will be responsible for developing, tracking and documenting anychanges or procedures/processes.Working with a team and communicating with well with customers.Has the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Need to have an understanding of workflow and approval processes.MSSQL/IIS is preferred
