About the Job
Seeking a Sales Manager with plastics industry experience. Position includes profit sharing bonus.
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a regional sales team, setting goals and quotas, and ensuring direct reports receive the proper training.
Must be open for up to 75% travel.
What the ideal candidate brings:
- Previous experience managing sales reps
- Industry knowledge/experience with at least one of the following: plastics, rubbers, and/or packaging products
- Experience working with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- College Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in lieu of
- Open for travel up to 75%
