Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans for product positioning, branding, and market expansion.
Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales cycle from initial engagement to product evaluation and beyond.
Market Insights: Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to continuously enhance our offerings and drive customer satisfaction.
Professional Representation: Serve as the face of our company in the castable polyurethanes industry, representing our brand with integrity and professionalism at industry events and customer interactions.
Teamwork: Embrace teamwork as the cornerstone of our success, collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to achieve our collective goals and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive technical sales experience in the cast polyurethane industry, demonstrating a track record of sales growth and relationship building.
Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, coupled with a willingness to travel nationally as needed (at least 50%).
