Experience in cabinet carpentry and manufacturing is also essential. Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, modify, and repair plastic components using a variety of techniques and materials, including PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, and Teflon.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to cut, shape, and join plastic materials according to specifications.
- Perform welding tasks, including setting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipment.
- Construct and repair cabinets and other structures as needed.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents.
- Monitor the quality of products and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastic fabrication, including cutting and welding PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, and Teflon.
- Proven experience in cabinet carpentry and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
