Job Title: Planview Administrator
Job Location: Remote
Clearance: Must be authorized to work in the US
Job Summary:
As a Planview Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Planview PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) Tool within our Project Management Office (PMO) Team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the tool is aligned with business processes and objectives, providing support, training, and guidance to users as needed.
Responsibilities:
-Administer, configure, and maintain Planview to meet business requirements and standards.
-Must have experience with the Portfolios, Finance and AgilePlace modules.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement best practices for project and portfolio management.
-Provide user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Planview.
-Develop and deliver training programs and materials for new and existing users.
-Create and maintain documentation related to the Planview configuration, processes, and workflows.
-Monitor tool usage and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
-Stay current with Planview updates and industry trends, recommending enhancements or new features as needed.
Qualifications:
-Three years of experiencing using Planview as an Administrator
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
-Proven experience as a Planview Administrator.
-Strong understanding of project and portfolio management principles and practices.
-Proficiency in configuring and administering Planview.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
