Hours: Monday through Friday 6:30/7am - 3:30/4pm - longer if needed

Looking for a Plant/Production manager to be handle plant maintenance/operations.

MUST HAVE:

1. Must have prior management experience, leading a team of employees (plant or production)
2. Someone with an Electrical/Manufacturing knowledge/acumen/background. Someone familiar with electrical controls/concepts

NOTES FROM MANAGER:
Facility is automated but needs to get the right person in there to increase efficiency
Someone to motivate, discipline, lean & mean, ops/plant/maintenance
Hands on approach
Resourceful, able to manage time
Someone to drive production/efficiency
They have automated paper converting machines (Rewinders, Sheeters, etc.)
This person should set the hierarchy.
There are 2 shift managers, 37 employees in production
