This organization is in high growth mode both through organic growth and through acquisition and continues to be the market leader in their customer industries and product offerings.
The Plant General Manager will be leading a flagship manufacturing facility and will be responsible for running the entire plant operations owning the P&L and driving cultural change and transformation.
This plant has been the top performing plant globally and is highly visible to the organization and the global executive leadership team.
The Plant General Manager will report to the Executive Director of Operations.
