Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and materials management.
- Develop and adjust production schedules to meet operational goals and resolve material or labor issues.
- Foster employee engagement, actively supporting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Drive financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing costs, and achieving profitability targets.
- Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards, prioritizing employee well-being and product excellence.
- Lead and coach staff to achieve performance goals, providing mentorship to develop future leaders.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Metal Product Manufacturing operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and modern manufacturing technologies, including ERP and MES systems.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and deliver cost-effective results.
